Join us as we celebrate three of the greatest things on the earth. It is unquestionably a match made in heaven.

Each handpicked pairing will include a small batch bourbon coupled with a complementing craft beer and a house made gourmet burger.

Tickets are $35

Not since the days of The Jimi Hendrix Experience and Cream has a trio been this good together!

Pairings

1
Blanton's Single Barrel
Blanton's was the first of the single barrel bourbons to be marketed in 1984.
Aroma's & flavors of caramel, vanilla, spice, tobacco.

Terrapin Hop Karma Brown IPA
The Terrapin Hop Karma IPA is a head on collision between a hoppy, west coast IPA and a complex, malty brown ale. Brewed with five varieties of hops and seven different malts, this hybrid style represents the best of both worlds.

Bison Burger
Sautéed cippolini onions, Cabot cheesecloth aged cheddar,
& bibb lettuce on potato roll

2

Bulliet Frontier Whiskey
A brand and revamped recipe reborn in the late 1980's, it's finally found it's way into most major markets. High in rye content, it's got that delicious bite
that will put hair on your chest.
Aromas & flavors of oak, mellow vanilla and honey, medium finish,
awesomely smoky.

Founders Breakfast Stout
The coffee lover's consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and Sumatra and Kona coffee, this stout has an intense fresh roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.

Wild Boar Burger
Cambozola cheese, applewood smoked bacon, tobacco onions,
& bibb lettuce on brioche bread

3

Four Roses: Single Barrel
Four Roses was the highest selling bourbon after the repeal of prohibition (they were able to produce during prohibition....for "medicinal purposes". They have a really interesting distilling process, including just a single story warehouse storage for the barrels, so they have a limited difference in temperatures between the different barrels. They also have five different yeasts that they work with,
and two different mash-bills.
Aromas & flavors of fruit, maple, honey & spice with a long, rich
and mellow finish.

Two Brothers Domaine Dupage
This French-style country ale is deep amber in color with a toasty and sweet caramel start. It finishes with just enough hops to clean off the palate. Bon Appétit!

Alligator & Chorizo Patty Burger
Avocado slices, jersey vine-ripe tomato, red cabbage slaw, & boursin cheese
on house made foccacia bread
