Environment:	There are lots of bars in downtown Fullerton, Bourbon Street though may be the most unique. It is a small bar, long and narrow with ample seating, tons of flat screen TVs and a fairly large bar area. They have 11 beers on tap and a decent selection of bottles/cans including PBR. Everything about this place is New Orleans. Their menu has gator bites, craw fish, Gumbo and plenty of other Cajun and blackened dishes to go around. This bar was established in 2008. It is located right next to the Commonwealth Lounge in downtown Fullerton.
Additional Comments:	We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Lawrence, when we visited this establishment. He was behind the bar pouring drinks and talking to the patrons. He really looked like he was enjoying every minute of it which made us have an even better time. Highly recommend checking this place out. Sample the fares too, you will find some items on it that you can't find anywhere else in Orange County, possibly California. They have alligator, craw fish, catfish, red fish, and tons more New Orlean style favorites. This place can get pretty packed during the weekend and as it continues to establish itself it will only get busier. The bartenders also tend to have a heavy hand which is generally never a bad thing. They have a kids menu if you have some little ones you want to bring out with you for a bite to eat.

Bourbon Street in Fullerton rocks. This bar is the Hot Spot in Fullerton. It's a very high end feel. Best Bar in Fullerton

Kind of a hidden entrance outback near commonwealth lounge. Nice seen inside. Everyone there seems to somehow be connected to the owners or bartenders or someone that is workibg. It didbt seem like they had a lot of people not in the circle that were there
PROS:Wings are good and service was great
CONS:Food with cornmeal is way way too cornmealed you can't taste the meat it is covering. The crawfish popcorb is a giant ripoff. It is just fried cornmeal

Food is nothing to get excited about, no real feel or atmosphere to the place.

Great experience. I mean, ALLIGATER BITES WOW, now that is different and different is very hard to find these days. The ribs were very good, I highly recommend them. They have TV's everywhere, that's really cool. Staff is super nice and friendly. I also just love the name Bourbon Street, it sounds warm and fun at the same time.
PROS:We went just before dinnertime and it wasn't crowded, which I like. They have fantastic artwork on the walls, I mean REALLY nice art, I couldn't stop looking at all the paintings. The paintings in the woman's restroom hadn't been hung up yet and were laying backwards on the floor so I didn't see what those looked like, but I will next time I go.
CONS:I was very excited when I found out they serve Red Velvet cake, but, they didn't have any when we went (we went the first week they opened). They also didn't have the cornbread that get's served with the meals, only minor flaws since they just opened. I'll get both next time. The only other thing is the noise level, even though it wasn't crowed, the few people that were there had voices that just echoed throughout the place, most people don't mind that, I'm just one of the few that does.

this is great new bar in downtown fullerton. we came here a few days after it opened on St. Pats day bc we heard from our other friends they had fun on St. Pats day here. we came in and it wasn't too crowded but it was a wed night around 8 so it may have gotten busier, anyway we had some food i ate alligator :) and my friend had a kobe burger. we will def be checking this place out again hopefully on a wkend night sometime soon.
PROS:unique menu! Kobe beef burger for under $10. That is a hard deal to beat. super friendly staff
CONS:if it gets crowded it is going to be real tight bc it isn't that big. it is shaped like the rockin taco.
