i recently have been going to the Log Cabin bar and have learned alot about the owner the last few weeks, but first lets start with the customers and staff. the customers are great. I was new there and after a little talk and beers they treated me like i was one of the regulars. The staff is great with the expection of one i have encoutered that i will agree with the regulars she has to go. She acts like she is the queen and every one else is dirt. now for the owner. i feel bad for his staff he has great staff, he complains about not making enough money like his staff is in charge of bringing people to his establishment, i'm pretty sure that's his job, the staff job is to be friendly and to serivce the customers with smiles, conversation and beer. but the owner is a back stabber, he not only talks bad about his staff behind their backs, but about every customer that comes in there, its really very sad. i over heard him complaining about the business being down and that its the staffs' fault. got news for him, you the boss sit there all day long, you talk bad about your staff and customers, your the one that is ruining your business if it wasn't for your staff that the customers consider their friends and they come there for their friends you wouldn't have a business at all. My suggestion to you sir stay our of the bar, leave your staff alone to do their jobs, stop talking behind people's backs and you might just have a business again. Until you sir figure out that you have run your business in the ground with your anticks you won't have a business again.
