Add a few rocks of ice and top up with fresh orange juice. Add just a dash of Galliano and stir. Serve with a large slice of lemon. For the proper version you should use Mezcal Tequila. If you can't get that use a golden Tequila rather than the ordinary silver. -- Smooth taste that belies its strength.
