      Play nightclub is located just off Cahuenga Boulevard on Yucca in the heart of the entertainment sector in Hollywood.


      Red Buddha, which made Hollywood history with its elite social crowd, has been transformed into Play nightclub. Play is a sensual, chic Hollywood nightclub which offers a truly personal and intimate vibe, combined with a vibrant atmosphere - lounge relaxation, mixed with hot European nightclub excitement.


      Play combines the perfect blend of jumping dance floor, private tables, European style outdoor patio, and friendly and sexy bar staff, all topped off with sexy music played by the very best DJs.


      The location holds up to 300 people, which includes an outside patio equipped with its own bar and table seating, an indoor three-table VIP area (a raised area which overlooks the dance floor), and seating surrounding a sexy dancing pole, which is a favorite with the ladies. Play offers the perfect setting for birthdays, celebrations and events.

      Great CHILL club, went with a couple friends, had some drinks and meet a lot of GREAT people from all over the USA. The music was good the crowd was good. A lot of people seem to crowd the back patio and dance floor. If you want to drink and talk stay towards the entrance. OVERALL a good time! The raised "reserved table" area is private yet can overlook the dance floor, it looked like a fun place to have a birthday party (a big group was up there and they were having a really good time)The place was just remodeled and looked good.

      Overall this place sucked! We went here on a Sat. night for a friend's birthday party. We read reviews on this club and they all said it was awesome and it got a 5 star rating. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT IS WRITTEN! It is a bunch of bull! First of all, on the website it said the club opened at 9pm and to get there early because there WILL be a line. We got there about 8:45 and the door was bolted shut. So then about 10pm someone finally stumbles out of the place to open the door, and they said it will open at 10:20. We wait because we heard this club was off the hook. When they finally decide to open, there is a short line consisting maybe 20 people including our group. We get in and the place does NOT look like the pictures they post and there is NO upstairs either (and it said on the website that there was this huge VIP area upstairs). The drinks were expensive and the place remained DEAD the entire night...also the DJ was a jerk and wanted to play only 80's song.

      Needless to say...DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB!!!
