Drinks you would suspect in any good Irish bar including an excellent selection of whiskey and scotch.
Environment:
Doc Watson's has the feel of an Irish Pub the second you walk through the doors. Dim lighting, a couple booths and tables, a stage for entertainment, and a nice sized bar make up the first floor. There are plenty of televisions so there are no worries of missing a game, just standard worries of losing one. Music is always playing from the jukebox, or live bands. The upstairs has another bar, jukebox, televisions, and some pooltables. The food is really good and is standard pub fare with some Irish twists. The scene dictated by the music that is either playing live or selected by drinkers on the jukebox. Each floor has a different jukebox so you can choose the tunes that better suit you (its mostly rock 'n roll). Overall, the staff, scenery, and delicious drinks and fare make Doc Watson's a definite Irish hotspot.
