Ingredients: 2 oz Bourbon 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth 1 tsp Benedictine 2 dashes Bitters *1 twist of Lemon peel

Instructions: In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, vermouth, Benedictine, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
