Band/DJ Information| Environment: | Alive and Well is a fairly, newly formed band [formerly Dramatic Pause...] with a unique style of their own. We currently have a guitarist [mostly acoustic] and 2 songwriters, and are looking for any aspiring musicians that can play bass, guitar, drums or sing. Everyone interested in filling these positions should contact us as soon as possible. Alive and Well's unique style mixes the strong lyrics of bands like Secondhand Serenade or Nickelback, with a flowing, reflective guitar backing up the vocals. Their music comes straight from the heart, not to be cliche, but their songs are solely about past, present and future experiences. Some lyrics come as soft, retribution to a girl we've admired from afar while in contrast, some tell a sad story of how a girl took our heart, smashed it into pieces and never came back to piece it back together. Other songs reflect world problems, not your everyday "the little kids in Africa are starving" or "Global Warming!Global Warming!", they show how the band feels about situations some know very well, like divorce, and making tough decisions. Alive and Well tends to post the lyrics of an up-and-coming, song that is in the works, soon to be recorded. Usually if you check in a few days after the lyric post, you'll find a nice little rough version recording of the song, to go right along with the lyrics. Although the band is made up of 2 teenagers who are currently freshman, they have the wisdom of one who is much older. They feel things much stronger than others, and express it through words, guitar and music. *2 cl Lime juice cordial
*Sprite
*Soda water
Instructions:
Shake midori, lemon juice and lime juice with ice, pour in a highball glass filled with ice. Fill up with sprite and soda according your taste. Garnish with lime wedge, add straw.
